Wayfair Promotional Emails
Promotional email is one of Wayfair’s highest-volume marketing channels and a key driver of customer engagement. Not every campaign needed a large-scale concept, but each one needed to feel fresh, shoppable, and aligned to the sale moment.
I developed a wide range of promotional email creative across major events, balancing speed, product storytelling, brand expression, and conversion-focused design. Many concepts extended beyond email into homepage and print placements, helping create more cohesive promotional moments across channels.
