A bit about me

I'm Amelia — a creative director and brand designer in Annapolis, MD, with 12+ years building brands and the teams behind them.

I started as a photo editor, worked my way through design, and now direct creative across brand, campaign, and experiential work. I know how to build systems and turn strategy into creative that not only looks good, but drives results.

And while I care deeply about the creative, I care just as much about the team behind it. I lead by building trust, giving people room to do their best work, and creating a place they're glad to show up to.

Outside of work, I'm happiest near the beach with two young kids, two cats, and a golden retriever named Moose who thinks he's the star of every photo. Paddleboarding with my dog, laughing at my toddler's one-liners, and getting lost in a good book are my constants.
